reduction for operating facilities.
Services include PM/CM program assessments, failure trend review, work execution practices
evaluation, and practical improvement recommendations based on real field conditions.
Owner's Representative - Electrical Oversight
Embedded electrical advisory support for owners seeking independent oversight during construction,
maintenance activities, or facility upgrades.
This role provides observation, assessment, and escalation of execution risks without assuming
supervisory authority or responsibility for construction means and methods.
Supplemental Electrical QA/QC
Limited, clearly scoped QA/QC inspection services are available as a supplemental offering when
requested.
QA/QC services focus on installation quality verification, documentation readiness, and turnover
support. These services do not include certification or approval authority.
